Access to the hotel is NOT possible with your own car
Horský Hotel Popradské Pleso and Majláthova Chata are located in the Tatra National Park in the 5th highest level of nature protection. Only hotel minibuses are allowed to drive up to the hotel.
Transportation is provided by hotel minibuses for a fee from:
- Popradské pleso at the train stop (49.12603296851811, 20.074619023836544)
- The central car park at Štrbské pleso (49.11909485261445, 20.064070436210066).
Child seat is mandatory in transfers.
Collections can only be done during limited times:
6 - 9 am
4 - 9.30 pm

One-way transfer fees from the tram station Popradské Pleso:
Transfer 1 person in a vehicle €30
Transfer of 2 persons in a car €30
Each additional person in the car +€10/person
One-way transfer fees from to Štrbské Pleso:
Transfer 1 person in a vehicle €30
Transfer of 2 persons in a car €30
Each additional person in the car +€15/person
One-way transfer fees for PET from to Popradské Plesa or Štrbské Pleso:
The fee for a pet is the same as the fee for an adult.
For assistance dogs, the transfer is free.
Separate luggage export €30
EXTRAORDINARY TRANSFER at night after 21:30
+€50/car to the above fees. This transfer must be booked by 21:30.
From 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. due to a regulation from the Tatra National Park Administration
(agreement no. 103/2023/TANAP) TRANSFER IS NOT POSSIBLE!

It may happens in the winter months (November-March), that the transfer will not be possible due to unfavorable weather conditions.
