🍽️ New Year’s Eve dinner and delicious gastronomy. During the evening, you can look forward to a festive dinner served as a buffet, including traditional cabbage soup. Throughout your stay, the hotel restaurant will also be available, offering hearty meals, homemade desserts, and a pleasant place to sit and relax.
🐾 Pampi Zavacká – our New Year’s Eve regular. Pampi has become an inseparable part of the New Year’s Eve atmosphere at Popradské Pleso. She has become our beloved New Year’s Eve regular and comes back every year to celebrate the end of the year with us. Thanks to the peaceful environment without firecrackers and fireworks, this New Year’s Eve is also an ideal place for dogs, who can enjoy the festive season here without stress.
🎁 Raffle and charity auction for a good cause
This year as well, the evening will include a raffle and a charity auction. The proceeds will go to a shelter that we will select, so that together we can help those who cannot ask for help themselves.

Unless otherwise agreed, the standard cancellation conditions for the stay are as follows:
Low season: January 2 - May 31 and the last Sunday in September - December 28 (except Easter 5.4.-10.4.2023)
- 0% of the price from the date of confirmation of the reservation to 14 days before arrival
- 50% of the price of ordered and confirmed services 13-8 days before the day of arrival
- 100% of the price of ordered and confirmed services 7 days or less before the day of arrival
Top season: 1 June - the last Saturday in September and 29 December - 1 January and Easter 5.4.-10.4.2023
- Cancellation fees when cancelling a reservation are 100% of the price of the stay
Access to the hotel by car is not possible.
The hotel is located in the Tatra National Park in the 5th highest level of nature protection. Only our company vehicles are allowed to enter.
The nearest parking lot is in Popradské Pleso near the bus stop or in the central parking lot in Štrbské Pleso. We provide a transfer from Popradské Pleso (train stop) or from the central parking lot at Štrbské Pleso.
Pets are welcome and we allow them to stay overnight. However, the permit only applies to certain rooms. Our goal is to ensure comfort for our guests, which is why we have restricted rooms where you can stay with your pets.
The fee per animal/night is €25. This fee helps us keep the rooms clean and ready for the next guests. Please inform us about your pet when booking so that we can prepare your accommodation perfectly.
