Because this year, some very special four-legged heroes are coming to the Tatras – mountain rescue dogs! Children will discover the fascinating work of mountain rescuers, watch a live search demonstration with trained rescue dogs and learn how these incredible companions help save lives.
And the adventure doesn't stop there! Look forward to a lively concert by the popular children's music group MalinyJAM, a magical theatre performance by Herbalkovo, exciting entertainment activities, creative workshops, fun competitions and winter adventures at Popradské Pleso.
And on Sunday, the most eagerly awaited guest will finally arrive – St. Nicholas himself! Bringing presents, smiles and magical moments your children will remember long after the weekend is over.

The organiser reserves the right to adjust the programme depending on weather conditions and operational circumstances. Outdoor snow activities are subject to suitable weather and snow conditions.

Basic information about the stay
Unless otherwise agreed, the standard cancellation conditions for the stay are as follows:
Low season: January 2 - May 31 and the last Sunday in September - December 28 (except Easter 5.4.-10.4.2023)
- 0% of the price from the date of confirmation of the reservation to 14 days before arrival
- 50% of the price of ordered and confirmed services 13-8 days before the day of arrival
- 100% of the price of ordered and confirmed services 7 days or less before the day of arrival
Top season: 1 June - the last Saturday in September and 29 December - 1 January and Easter 5.4.-10.4.2023
- Cancellation fees when cancelling a reservation are 100% of the price of the stay
Access to the hotel by car is not possible.
The hotel is located in the Tatra National Park in the 5th highest level of nature protection. Only our company vehicles are allowed to enter.
The nearest parking lot is in Popradské Pleso near the bus stop or in the central parking lot in Štrbské Pleso. We provide a transfer from Popradské Pleso (train stop) or from the central parking lot at Štrbské Pleso.
Pets are welcome and we allow them to stay overnight. However, the permit only applies to certain rooms. Our goal is to ensure comfort for our guests, which is why we have restricted rooms where you can stay with your pets.
The fee per animal/night is €25. This fee helps us keep the rooms clean and ready for the next guests. Please inform us about your pet when booking so that we can prepare your accommodation perfectly.
